The rules and conditions that govern your use of Revo.
By accessing or using any Revo service — including this website, our SaaS platform, APIs, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Revo provides modular, cloud-based business management software for industries including hospitality, car rental, taxi dispatch, retail, dental, real estate, and others. The specific modules and features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account must be registered to a single legal entity or individual.
We offer a free trial period of 3 months for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. During the trial period, you have access to the features included in your selected plan.
At the end of the trial period, you may choose to continue with a paid subscription or let your account become inactive. We will not charge you automatically at the end of a trial without your explicit consent. Trial accounts that remain inactive for more than 90 days after the trial period ends may be deleted.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The Service and all associated software, designs, text, graphics, and other content are the exclusive property of Revo Technologies or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited licence to use it as provided.
You retain all rights to the data and content you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you.
Where you upload personal data of third parties (such as your customers) into the Service, you act as the data controller and we act as a data processor on your behalf. Our data processing obligations are governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available upon request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to process any third-party personal data you enter into the Service and that doing so complies with applicable data protection laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revo Technologies and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Revo Technologies in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revo Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for cause, including but not limited to a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revo Technologies with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
