Deploy a private Revo instance and install only the modules your business requires. Sales, accounting, dental, hotel, taxi dispatch, and 30 more — all in one codebase, one database, one login. No per-module SaaS subscriptions.
Why Revo Platform
Separate tools don't just add up on your bill — they fragment your data, multiply your logins, and slow your team down every day. One instance fixes all of it.
Features
Every Revo instance is a complete, production-grade platform. The architecture is the same across all deployments — the modules you install determine what it does.
Install, update, enable or disable any module at any time. Each module is a Composer package — add it to your instance's composer.json, run the deploy command, and it's live in minutes. Every module installs its own database migrations, routes, menus, and permissions automatically. No configuration files to edit manually.
Every installed module reads and writes to the same schema. A customer created in CRM is instantly visible in Accounting, HR, Sales, and Dental — no import, no sync, no duplicates. Your data is always in one place.
Per-module access control. Dental staff see dental screens. Accountants see financial reports. Sales reps never touch HR. Each user's role is defined once and applied across every installed module automatically.
The AI module integrates into every installed workflow — smart document summaries, anomaly detection in financial data, appointment scheduling suggestions in dental, and lead scoring in CRM. One module. Everywhere.
Every instance runs on your own domain — clinic-besa.revo.al, or fully custom like app.clinicbesa.com. Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and configure your email sender name. Your customers, staff, and partners never see "Revo" unless you want them to. The public website (if you install the website module) matches your brand automatically.
Activate only the payment and fiscal integrations you need. QKB and KEIT for Kosovo fiscal compliance. Stripe, PokPay, EasyPay, and Pago for online payments. Each is an independent module — install one, all, or none.
Every module exposes a versioned REST API. Connect your mobile app, external tools, or custom integrations. Outbound webhooks fire on any event — new order, appointment confirmed, payment received. Full API key management per user.
Modules are versioned Composer packages. Update a single module or the entire platform with one command. Migrations run automatically on deploy. Rollback in seconds if something breaks. No manual file patching, no FTP uploads.
Module Catalog
Each module is independently installable via Composer. Mix industry verticals, payment providers, and operational tools to build the exact platform your business runs on.
Dashboard
Your IT admin, business owner, and developers all see a different view of the same instance — without switching tools or sharing credentials.
Admins monitor module versions, server health, and deploy updates — all without SSH access or terminal commands.
The owner sees activity across all installed modules in one feed — Sales, Dental, HR, Stock — without toggling between systems.
Developers access API keys, monitor webhook delivery, and browse auto-generated API docs — per installed module.
Pricing
Your instance price covers every module you install. No per-module fees, no per-seat charges. Add more modules anytime — cost stays the same.
FAQ
A custom instance is a private deployment of the Revo platform, scoped entirely to your organisation. You get your own database, your own domain, and your own set of installed modules. No data is shared with any other Revo customer. You decide which modules are installed, which users have access to what, and how the system is branded. We manage the infrastructure and updates — you manage the business.
Yes — that's the point. A business group that operates a dental clinic, a car dealership, and a hotel can install all three verticals on one instance. Staff, accounting, payments, and reporting are shared. Dental staff only see dental screens; hotel staff only see hotel screens. Permissions are applied per module, not per instance.
Yes, at any time. Each module is a Composer package. Adding a module runs its migrations and registers its routes automatically. Disabling a module hides its menus and APIs without deleting data — you can re-enable it later and the data is still there. There's no downtime for installs or disables on Business and Enterprise plans.
Correct. Revo Platform is priced per instance, not per user. You can create as many user accounts as your business needs — 10 or 10,000 — without the price changing. Growth plan has a soft limit of 25 concurrent active users; Business and Enterprise have no user limits.
Yes. The scaffold package provides the boilerplate for building a new module — routes, models, migrations, menus, and permissions all wired up from a single Artisan command. Custom modules follow the same structure as official ones and install identically. Enterprise plans include source code access so your team can extend any existing module.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. On-premise deployment means the Revo Platform runs entirely within your own infrastructure — your data centre, your cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP), or your own bare metal. We assist with the initial setup, CI/CD pipeline, and provide updates via private Composer repository access.
