Yes — most Bluetooth and USB OBD-II scanners are supported on the Shop plan. Paste or upload codes and the system adds them as notes on the active work order, keyed to the VIN. Built-in code lookup shows the common causes inline.

Yes. The estimate goes out by SMS with a link. The customer taps Approve (with an optional digital signature) and the work order moves to "Parts" automatically. If they decline, you see it instantly — no ambiguity, no chasing voicemails.

Reminders fire automatically at whatever lead time you set per customer or globally — 24 hours before is the default, but you can add 1-hour or on-arrival pings too. The Shop plan includes unlimited SMS and WhatsApp Business reminders (we eat the gateway cost). On Starter, you get 100 SMS credits per month, enough for a small shop.
